J Scott Mohr is Facilities Director at CNP Management, d/b/a CNP Realty and Property Management. A 15-year veteran of the real estate industry, J has a wheelhouse of knowledge in property management, maintenance. J has built a wide vendor base and able to provide a reduction of cost to ownerships through his ability to negotiate contract pricing, professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and construction/maintenance knowledge.

J started his professional career as a self-employed general contractor. After 30 years in the business he decided it was time to take merge his knowledge & skills into real estate. Becoming a Facilities Director with a property management company was an excellent step. J’s passion for maintenance , helps roll over to tenant retention. J believes if you take care of the owners’ property like it was your own, listen to the tenant needs and respond quickly to all maintenance request, tenants will stay. J has an active part leveraging his expertise and know- how knowledge by reducing operating expenses for the property. Helping leasing agents, & property management. J is able to do customized tenant build outs per lease agreements.

J enjoys helping property owners find their comfort knowing their property is being pro-actively cared for, tenants are satisfied & providing high quality property management maintenance where requested and/ or needed. J is always welcome for the opportunity to network and develop relationships with vendors.

When J isn’t working on a tenant build out and negotiating vendor pricing, he can be found relaxing and working around the house or playing golf.
